MP Recovery Gear - Need IdeasFollow

I recently hit 91 on Blm and I want to minimize Down time for MP recovery. Any suggestions for what the best gear is for each slot. Any help would be appreciated, been away for 8 months before this

I'd probably grab some easy to get (non rare/ex) stuff:

-Dark Staff
-Clarus Stone
-Beak Necklace +1 (Eidolon pendant [WoE Drop] is better but probably doesn't hit the AH much and is 250K)
-Errant Houppelande (could go with HQ or Lore robe but this is cheaper and more available)
-Genie Gages are the only buyable hMP hand peice, but they are only +1 so... meh
-Quiqirn Sash (+1) - [At 40K Austerity Belt for hMP +4 would be a great buy if you camped the AH for it. It's a WoE drop so probably pretty rare.]
-Nisse Slacks

Eh, boots with hMP are all pretty pricey...if I was going to go there, I'd probably just grab the chelona boots.

Felicitas cape is another cheap WoE drop with BiS hMP stats. Will have to camp the AH for this though.

Anti-venom earring.

If you want -everything- could camp the AH for the 100K rapture earring.
