Portal Charm. Do you have it?

Hello,

I recently decided to start leveling summoner after a return to the game. I defeated all the prime avatars and got the moon bauble to fight fenrir. The problem is, I can't get through the 3 mage gate. I'm a bastokian so I don't have access to the portal charm and the quest in windy that sends you into the canal is not available.
If there's anyone here who has the charm and would be kind enough to let me through please let me know. I will reward you for your time.

If you see Rizzo online, you can send her a /tell and I'll let you through. Although, there's almost always someone in the party who can open it, so if you have a group you should be set.

I wish I saw this earlier I have been down there the past few nights helping with Windy Missions and completing the A Shantotto Ascension missions! :)
