*sweep, sweep* Our forum is so dusty. *cough* Let's have a discussion.

I still consider myself a bard "main" but more often than not I find myself playing jobs besides bard as needed. I get to play around quite a bit in Voidwatch, at least, but in Abyssea I won't be on bard unless I'm in a group larger than four.

So, I started thinking about what percantage of time I play bard, and then in a fit of dorktitude I looked at the numbers over the last two weeks.

Events done on BRD: 3 (A voidwatch, and Abyssea x2)
Events done on BLM: 2 (A voidwatch, and Abyssea x1)
Events done on WHM: 1 (Healing for a WotG static boss fight)
Events done on WAR: 1 (Abyssea)
Events done on THF: 0 (however, a great deal of farming was done on THF)

So, even if I am not on bard a majority of the time, it's still my most used job compared to other individual jobs. I guess that fits the criteria of "bard main."

My "BRD main" days ended when the ToAU days ended, and my other neglected jobs suddenly became usable, but it is still my go-to job for voidwatch. I don't really have a "main" job now.

I'd still love to slap on my ninja subjob and join just one more colibri meripo though... :(

Harp is a game changer.

It's definitely not common knowledge that you can use both in combination. Also once you have the third (and fourth) songs on them, as long as you don't let them wear you can keep buffing them with the horn. I'm not even thinking about the horn until my harp is done though. I don't have the money for relic.
