What's the verdict on the Ney? What does Finale +2 do?

It gives you inventory space -1

And maybe enhances the accuracy of an already accurate spell, idk

Anyone test whether this can remove certain normally non-removable effects? I guess anyone who noticed any changes to Finale from Gjallahorn could also answer this. Song+ never usually has meant Macc before has it? I wonder what it could be honestly.
