Most of the newer generation of BSTs probably have no idea what "The SUXX" is. Perhaps a history lesson is in order?

There may be others that can explain better than I can, but I'll give it a shot.

I don't recall the exact date, but I know it was December of 2005. BST was a job considered more LOL than DRG. We were shunned by the masses, hated by linkshells, and ridiculed by individuals whose sole purpose was to laugh at those who chose to level BST.

December 2005 was when the infamous "MPK Patch" was released. A lot of our old leveling grounds were ruined by this. Beastmasters across all servers were up in arms (without Kraken Clubs, of course) and BST morale was at an all time low. That was until an individual that came to the BST forum and spoke these words....

"HHAI BST SUXX IF U DONT LIEK PLZ RATE DOWN BITZ"

Under normal circumstances, we would have rated him down to oblivion, but this was different. We decided to use "BST SUXX" as a sort of rallying cry.

Thus began the BST SUXX revolution! Beastmasters all over the world began making account on Allakhazam simply to add their testimonies of SUXX, how they achieved BST greatness using the SUXX, and general debauchery using SUXX. It was freaking marvelous!!! Beastmaster linkshells such as "LordsOfTheBeasts" on Shiva, "TheFlock" on Quetzalcoatl, "MonstersInc" on Ramuh, "SixAxeArmy" of Fenrir, and many others (I can't remember them all) also shared their stories of SUXX.

That's the story that I know. Surely there are more old school BSTs that can add to the story.

But today, look how much the SUXX has evolved! BST SUXX so much we dominate Dynamis now! Back in the old days, BST were told to gtfo if they attempted to enter with their Dynamis LS as BST. SCREW THAT!!! BST SUXX so much we don't need a damn Dynamis LS to farm dynamis anymore! On a personal note, I SUXX so much I solo my +2 armor items! And now, even as I speak, I am using my SUXX experience to level my Leathercraft mule's BST up to 99 the right way. SOLO!

VIVA LA BST SUXX!!!! For there is none greater.....

SUXX simply will not work for other jobs. That is, unless, you sub /BST, but then you're only getting 50% of SUXX, which isn't nearly as good. You will come to understand this soon enough, Olor. Stick with us old school Beastmasters. You could learn a thing or two.

BTW, I took some screenshots of me SUXXing it up on my Leathercraft mule. I'll post them tomorrow, as it illustrates the proper way to level BST. That is the only way you can fully understand SUXX.
