Placeholders and CharmFollow

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't SE at some point in the past make it so we couldn't charm NM placeholders? Been killing placeholders for Panzer Percival and for giggles charmed them to test and it stuck.

No. Only lord of onzozo's placeholder. And even that is still charmable, it just un charms 2-3 seconds later. Some douchebags would just charm it and keep anyone from getting a new club so they could further inflate the incredibly high price.
