A Psilos mantle: ACC +1 ATTK +12 R.ACC +1 R.ATTK +12
And the Augment i got was +4 Ranged ACC
SO my question is, is the Total of 12 R.ATTK + 5 R.ACC make this a better piece than my amemet +1?

No. Ranged accuracy gear is much easier to come by than str/ranged attack gear for ranger.

I kind of have to agree though 150 ABCs just for barrage? This option is barely as expensive and he isn't missing out on RATK. Id only get the Jaeger to Complete what ever RNG armor I could.
1m-1.2m for a barrage piece isn't very cost effective for the OP if your like me and don't do Limbus much these days. especially when he's paying(150 ABC's of course hurrrrrr) for an ability that has a 5 minute recast.
If OP has Gil/ABCs to burn go for a Jaeger mantle, if you need other items stick with the Augmented Psilos for barrage and get what ever slots of gear you seem to be lacking.

So to conclude to the OP depending on how financially endowed you are or how much you lack; you should be able to decide which you will use. Stat wise I would say they are both valid options. I'd rather use the ABC Cost to go towards Bolts/Silver bullet Materials :X

Fixed. The augmented Psilos has 12 ratck on it. 22 RATCK is a pretty hefty number.

Besides, with food and buffs and other racc gear already I shouldn't need it. I'm capped/close enough on ixion and odin with Hunter's Roll and pot-au-feu in TP set, and barrage set uses more racc on top of that. More just isn't needed.
I think people worry too much about barrage racc. If you're at cap, you're at cap, and you're still gonna have some complete miss barrages. It's just bad luck, sh*t happens, but in the end you're still at acc cap, and if you're at cap, 20racc on your back isn't going to do sh*t.
