Somehow, this doesn't seem very relevant to RNG unless they are using a KC, which isn't a huge number of Rangers. At least the other jobs get something, even if it is easily surpassed with other gear. I'm somewhat disappointed.

why would you expect anything else? ALL the cobra gear has been useless for rng besides it's storeTP.

Could you load up in this gear and unload /WAR without gaining hate? The whole set gives about -18 enm I believe. Would that be enough to go full bore and not get ripped to shreads.

Could this be your flashy shot macro gear?

I agree its pretty useless but it does have a ton of -enm. A live RNG does more damage than a dead RNG. Moving the hate line up a notch can't hurt.

full HQ scout's is at +17, nq at +12, and those actually have ranger relevant stats. You don't wear cobra on rng unless you have kraken, period.

Valid point. So yeah. Cobra Unit Harness gear bites the big one for RNG.

I was just trying to think outside the box of RACC/RATT/STR/AGI a bit. I would say however that Store TP and -enm are "RNG-relevant" stats. Just not powerful enough to get a RNG out of other gear.

I was just hoping that the body may have a redeeming feature for the ranged attacker, primarily because all the other items were fairly useless for RNG, hence being disappointed, until now, there was hope...

i think this is a good farming/meleeing body. it fits perfectly for when i go break weapon latents/farming/campaigning. besides it pretty much free, just takes time to get.

The only piece of cobra that i do use is the legs in my -enmity build to top out at -19 enmity, but thats on macro'd in when i initiate Barrage + sharpshot or flashy shot. otherwise, dont use it.
