Sublimation Gear vs. Refresh gearFollow

Hey guys,

I'm working on building a sublimation set for when I am charging, but I also purchased nefer khat and got heka's kalasiris drop recently. When I have sublimation active, should I focus on charging sublimation faster with Scholar's Mortarboard + Argute Gown +2 or should I just stick with the refresh gear as it will maintain my current MP levels?

Basically if it's equal amounts, you should stick with refresh.
