Got Minkin this weekend...was amazing fight. Now minkin + baying moon = :o Working on getting more atmas...oh and cog belt for 55k WOO!! Started on vnm path towards cdc...now to find a group to do 50 x 50 drops ahah aha ha ahah ah ah aha !

More like, "Why would you even consider starting the Empyrean path without knowing you had a group to begin with?"

Guy in my LS just got his 14th Carabosse gem yesterday, of which he had started shortly after the update. It's pretty much a testament of the stupidity of these trials where unless you have multiple accounts to control on your own or some linkshell zombies who'd obey your every whim for hours upon hours (And Cara's an easier one to farm), completion of an Empyrean weapon is quite possibly something that could take longer than a relic.

Now that I think about it, gold chests having a slim chance of dropping these upgrade items regardless of zone wouldn't be the end the world. Farming EXP, AF, Key Items, Atma, or whatever wouldn't so much have to be put on hold to satisfy one person. Of course, PUG drama might get amusing over who gets what when they do drop.

I used Minikin/Baying Moon until last night

Got Atma of the Beyond, and got relic feet 10 minutes ago finally.

Soloed the Young Behemoth for the 'Bonds that never die' Sandy WotG quest... /BLU style~ :D (albeit my BLU SJ was 41 and didn't have some spells to make up Def bonus... :D)

It was an awesome fight! :3 Though it got hairy at the end. Probably because I popped Chainspell.. and he didn't like that. :P

Would recommend doing it if you haven't already done so.

I should solo stuff as /BLU more often^^

Would explain gear and tactics used but I have to go to sleep... Got college in the morning! D:

Well, part of the difficulty is also peeling people away from Scars zones who still want feet or seals. We haven't gotten too deep into +2'ing people yet, but I frankly don't expect that to happen until we finish cycling through the various needed Atmas.

You could solo it naked if you really wanted to.

Had a great 24 hours. Got *twelve* AF3 feet's in Attohwa in a six hour party with three people and my dual box character as a 70 BRD. Seen THF and RDM once, WHM three times and MNK three times, WAR and BLM twice. So, I got the RDM AF3 feet. *Glee*

My endgame LS parsed me in an abyssea alliance for about twenty minutes and said I was the #1 DD, and the BLU said he was ashamed he got out damaged by a RDM. (Am still a bit shocked to hear that, but taking 50% of the mob health in one weaponskill will do that). Now that I have some recognition, my leader is actually going to let me melee at Einherjar and see how I do. Not that it's a huge step forward, but it's something.

I got my picture on BG and had about four people tell me on the server how awesome I am. I never go to BG, so meh.

I got Atma of the Voracious Violet. I notice little difference compared to Stout Arm in weaponskill damage, but my TP gain took an obvious leap. It's amazing.

I got Atma of the Minikin thanks to Seriha. <3

Only Atma I actually need now is the MAB+ Ice potency+ one.

What an awesome 24 hours.

I don't ever go to BG, so what it is by default.

Hmm, did a 2.2k cygne to a pre-bene'd Carabossa. I did a few 1k's after (Mostly in the 700-900 range though), and I tanked a majority of the fight. Got her lolatma too, not that it does much, but at least I can use it when i'm main healing, I guess. Two refresh atma's is overkill anyway.

Eh, our shell's always had BLMs handle Sleepgas, BRDs with Lullaby as appropriate. Was the case with Dynamis and carried on to Ein. And unless you psycho mega pull, an attentive BLM should never really be in danger, either. RDM/BLM just feels wasted now without it seeming like new stuff needs Elemental Seal if Slow can even land.

RDM/BLM will likely become the even sub of choice for non healing mage stuffs @ 90. Chain Stun and sleepga available it a huge plus. /BLM is hardly going to be wasted.

Same drops on the previous fight. I was only one lotting coins.

2/6 on Coins for +2 pants, and Eradico Mitts get

Lesse got Razed ruin, Sanguine scyth, pallas bracelets for 1k, sagacity lappas (hmp now at +36), 1 stone of voyage, and um didnt get the drop from brooder yet again despite popping it @22 and going through 12/15 ws with my buddy :( That thing hates me.

I have +40 Hmp. :/. Though I don't bring most of my hmp gear when i go solo. <.<;

lol The only HMP I have is Pluto's as well. Honestly, even ugg pendant doesn't see much use anymore, outside of when I chainspell anyway

Seriously, what could you possibly need any hmp gear for? I don't think i've ever rested once since i got minikin.

Wait, what? Whm uses far less mp than rdm.

I don't drink coffee. Even if i didn't hate it, years of drinking nothing but soda has given me a very high tolerance to caffeine.

Doesn't change the fact that hMP is beneficial. A huge chunk of WHM gear is multi-situational, freeing up inventory for things like hMP. If I have 10 inventory slots on WHM, I might as well save myself a minute or two of /heal.

Why should WHM need PDT?

And WHMs do rest sometimes. Not quite everything is in Abyssea. Yet.
