I've got my 87 NIN down in bost. oubliette right now doing page burns /DNC and all of my curing waltzes, for the last 2 hours have been recovering 0 HP. At first I thought it was something strange like having shadows up when I used it so I made sure to try it when I was under no effect (health in the yellow) and it still landed for 0. My DNC is 63 and I've subbed DNC for my DRK, PLD and BST, which are all 99 and I've never seen a single curing waltz land for 0, unless I used it when I had full health. Does anyone know why my curing waltzes won't restore any health? It's not saying "No Effect" or anything, just "Recovers 0 HP".

Possibly (probably?) a stupid questionFollow
I would like to find an explanation to this as well. I've heard several people describing the same exact thing and can't, for the life of me, figure out why it might be happening. Looked through the wiki, searched KI and Zam forums... can't find anything so far.

You must be wearing an accursed belt, which gives a zombie like effect that no cures or waltzes will restore hp until it is unequipped for accursed belt or wear off as a status ailment.
