Currently I am subbing /sam for my dancing for everyday things. I was wondering is there something special I should Sub at certain levels or not... I have also though about subbing RDM since it gives the ability to enhance weapon attacks with magic... Thank you!
/NIN for solo/tanking/general purpose
/WAR if you want to focus on DD side
/RDM En-spells shouldn't be so great with half capped enhancing magic skills and the lack of enhancing gear.

Is /sam still a viable sub? I am working on it now, so that I have it available, should the need arise, but I never see any dnc/sam. Well really, I don't think I see anything except dnc/nin. My guess is TP gain is so great inside Aby that it isn't necessary right now? I haven't tried dnc/war yet, but I did level up war as a sub because I read on here that it is a good sub for dnc. What is the main reason for this? The DA job trait? JA? Since I haven't used it yet, I am curious what you use from the /war arsenal.

/WAR is nice for Berserk, which makes it pretty much our best DD subjob. Its trait doesn't stack with Saber Dance when you're DDing, so that doesn't matter so much.
/SAM is nice for when you're playing support, but you take so much more damage /SAM than /NIN that you don't come out ahead on TP if you're going to be tanking.

/SAM is viable. I prefer it to /WAR when soloing or doing relatively low risk things. Extra skillchains for massive damage. /WAR's Double Attack JT goes away when I Saber Dance, Berserk increases the amount of self-healing I need to do since I can't dodge everything, and Aggressor just makes that situation worse. Really, any situation I'd be /WAR, I go /SAM instead.
/WHM is also viable. Haste stacks nicely with the ridiculous attack speed we can get. You will eventually need some sort of refresh to keep it going long term though.
