Is quest bugged?Follow

I've tried for 4 hours now irl time to start this quest, I've answered his questions to what other people have gave, I've tried the 3333333333 order etc. It just will not let me start this quest. Anyone else having this problem? It's the only class I have to unlock and it's bugging the piss out of me :(

Can you give more details on what you're doing, like a complete run through of what you're doing for the quest? That way if there's any anomaly or error in the steps of the quest you're doing, we might be able to notice it and point it out.

Sounds like he is doing the quest to unlock BLU.

Unfortunately OP, it is just a pain in the ass. Try changing the job you are on when you approach him (if you have another you can use)

I've come to the conclusion it is batcrap random and some people just get screwed. I've been there.
