New Blu - confused about dual wieldFollow

It appears that dual wield I becomes "obtained" by a Blue Mage at level 20, but is "obtainable" at level 80. Huh? I see that dual wield becomes obtainable by setting at least two spells - the levels of which from 79 - 99 (and the lowest 2 spells are levels 79 & 80 - so the "obtainable" at level 80 makes sense). But then I don't understand how you can "obtain" it at level 20. Help!

Oops, damn. I was mis-reading. Dancer "obtains" dual wield at level 20. Reading comprehension - can I have it!
