limit break fightFollow

I've posted this question in a few places, still looking for insight:

If we go into the limit break quest, and put up Rolling Thunder, do we need to wait for the ward timer to reset before we can use Perfect Defense? I've never actually tried to do them back to back and I don't want to blow my two-hour checking tonight, I want to do the fight.

No you don't have to wait for wards timer to perfect defense.
