For Spirit and Soul Jump, what I'd recommend is roughly the following (Obviously weapon and whatnot are going to be different)
Weapon: Gungnir
Grip: Pole Grip
Ammo: Potestas Bomblet
Head: Phorcys Salade
Neck: Ganesha's Mala
Ear1: Ghillie Earring +1
Ear2: Brutal Earring
Body: Lancer's Plackart +2
Hands: Lancer's Vambraces +2
Ring1: Tyrant's Ring
Ring2: Rajas Ring
Back: Atheling Mantle
Waist: Windbuffet Belt
Legs: Lancer's Cuissots +2
Feet: Lancer's Schynbalds +2 (for Spirit Jump)/ Hecatomb Leggings +1 (augmented with +Str and Polearm skill) (for Soul Jump)
That'll give you a fair amount of multi hit chances (14% Double Attack, 2% Triple Attack, and 3% Quadruple Attack) as well as Critical Hit Damage +10% since Spirit and Soul are forced crits when your wyvern is out. Lancer's Schynbalds +2 give +5 TP to the first hit of Spirit Jump, but don't affect Soul Jump at all, thus why I recommend Hecatomb +1 for Soul Jump. If your X-hit setup wouldn't require that +5 TP from Spirit Jump, then I'd recommend the Hecatomb for Spirit as well for superior damage, and If you had access to them, Huginn Gambieras with +10% Critical Hit Damage augment would be the best feet to jump in (Really they'd be the best for most everything Dragoon related)
