Q9: Maybe have to use AF+1 for both TP and WS for a while, or should I use Barone for WS?

Much appreciate if you can answer my questions, also I'm sorry for my poor English :/
Q1: I would do STR last. Having your DRG based merits finished first will do way more for you. As for Super Jump merits, haven't seen a lot of people max that out but it's fine if you do. Most people go for Jump and High Jump to keep the timers matching so you can do Jump/High Jump > Jump > Jump/High Jump without having to wait on timers. Again, full Super Jump merits are fine.
Q2: You are good on subs. /RDM is mainly used for solo's where you need to get the spell off as soon as possible. /WHM and /BLU is perfectly fine for almost anything you would go /mage for.
Q3: I would get it after you get one for Drakesbane. I still use Penta for some things, mostly mobs that are lower level that Colibri because Penta puts out better numbers on lower level stuff in most cases unless Drakes crits. I would say I use Drakes 80% of the time these days. Still need to get a light Gorget myself ><.
Q4: I would toss/sell anything I had once getting a V.Fork. For zerg fights a Thal's -Evasion is too random to fall back on.
Q5: Light Gorget, Love Torque is what you should be working on. Chiv is fine till then unless you want to buy a PCC.
Q6: Warwolf Belt is what I use for Drakes, Wheeling, and Penta.
Q7: Rajas fulltime is fine, Iota is fine(I use Woods since it's nice for lower level jobs), for WS I swap out my Woods for a Ruby Ring. Some people keep Rajas and an ACC ring fulltime depending on their other gear.
Q8: Askar, Turban, Ace's are all acceptable TP head pieces. You can even use Ace's and Askar fulltime if you wanted.
Q9: AF+1 legs are fine. Barone for WS is good depending on your total ACC. I use them fulltime till I get homan for TP and Askar for WS.
Q10: The difference between the 2 is small. If you plan on doing /mage a lot then Homan will do more for you since it's also a great Healing Breath piece.
Q11: I would get the V.Fork and the Love Torque. Second best weapon in the game (until we find out how well the Mythic Polearm really is), and the best TP neck you can use. There are other bodies out there that you can use plus with the new expansion body, you have even more choices to work with. Ace's helm is nice but others aren't that far behind and way easier to get.
Q12: 80/100 I guess. It's solid gear and you're working on upgrading which is good.
