Hi guys im wondering if i can solo any of my seals for my af3+1, im a single dad i dont get alot of play time so i could like to be able to solo some seals if i could I have Nin Mnk Blm Whm Rdm Brd that I could use to get my seals.
Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks alot ^.^

Not sure why no one responded to your post, but the answer is yes you can.... especially if you have /dnc. Nin/Dnc is almost to powerful to solo on. Shoot as far as that goes if you /rdm and use strong refresh atmas you would be hard to kill too. Death wont be your problem so much as long fights and more fights because you wont have most the spells to proc !! to get better drops.
My suggestion is buddy up with a blm at the least if you can. Best thing is look up the seal you want to target and the mob you think you want to fight. Then shout for the 3 seals you don't want. Usually you will get 3 peeps that want to lock in the other seals for their jobs. Goes very fast. Solo make sure you get a decent +eva gear. There is a reason all that gear has been going up in price ;)
Also lots of people knock it but I quested 6 pairs of af3+1 legs very very fast.
Off the top of my head there are a few mobs you could do well on that drop seals
Berstalk drops ur Nin and mnk head seals this one is a pop NM
There is an eft in that same zone that drops whm head seals very easy fight. Time spawn
The buffalo for your Nin hands is pretty easy as well. long fight solo. pop item is cheap
Bunny for whm legs is very easy. pop item

As a true solo, the head will be difficult. The quest is impossible basically and 2 of the 3 nms have silence auras. The third NM has aga IV's and terrible blaze spikes. To be honest, your best bet is to team up with someone camping Amun for the key item. It's key item is the block for a hth emp upgrade so it is camped like fafnir. Most everyone capped on ninja items long ago. Depends on the player of course, but I'm betting most people would just let you have them.
The body is terrible too. You can solo the tiger but the pops are like 100k on my server, so soloing them (i.e. not procing yellow) is not an option. Your best best is to trudge your way through the repeatable quest which takes about 4-6 minutes per run.
The hands are not bad. You can solo the buffalo and will probably get offers from others to team up since many are looking for mnk or thf from it and don't want to wait 1/2 an hour to watch a soloer kill it.
For the legs I did Athamas which is soloable. The spiders link around it though so you might have an issue with claiming (I sac pulled with an alt). Your other option is minax bugard. There is more competition for that since it is part of the ninja emp line, but you can always back your way into some free seals from groups that are capped on them if they will team up.
For feet, the quest may be your best bet. I don't know how difficult pascerpot or the sea monk are since I did them with my alt. The quest is just a simple fetch quest that takes like 3 minutes. With a 7% drop rate you are looking at maybe 45 minutes per seal. That's probably about what you could do solo with slow kills and lack of yellow procs/thf.

I second what was already said, just wanted to add a bit on feet. Pascerpot (crawler) is pretty easy, he likes Banishaga III and Sticky Thread though, drawback is he has the lowest droprate for NIN (something like 20%). Iku-Turso (sea monk) is a dirty cheating bastard, among the more obnoxious things he will do is Maelstrom (causes silence aura, bad for shadows), he also likes to throw out -ga IV at the worst possible moments, droprate is around 35%. Personally not worth it to me, you can kill 2-3 crawlers in the time it takes to kill one sea monk. The third option in this zone is Lord Varney, a timed pop and easily soloable with NIN/DNC if I'm not mistaken, droprate here is around 50%. He has a stun/knockback move that can get you in trouble, best spot to fight him is near Conflux 5, place yourself in the walled area by the tunnel, he won't be able to knock you back in that spot. The quest, UGH, this is how I got my feet for both NIN and BLM, it took me at least 20 game hours (BLM was done first, NIN about an hour later), this is an absolute last resort option if you want my opinion.

Some things i will have to disagree with there. Berstuk is easy to solo /DNC in Eva/Haste gear - His aura shouldn't bother anyone becasue it only stretches 3-4 yalms, so standing at max melee range means it doesn't affect you. Berstuk loves to drop nin and mnk head pieces too.
The body is far from terrible - its probably one of the easiest body upgrades out there. The Tiger is so weak its untrue, make your /sh for 3 other people to lock whm, rdm or smn. Buy the Audumbla hide (cmon its only 50-90k) and make sure your other members either have the item or will buy one and go to town. Get the Tiger items while your out there. Alternatively, you can make a pty to farm Audumbla first as u need mnk and nin hand seals aswell, a THF will mean his hide drops most battles - again, another stupidly easy NM. The Nin seal body NM is the easiest body NM i've fought - just take ideal seal party - NINorMNK, BLM/BRD, WHM, BLUorTHF.
