Abyssea burn your THF to 95 without buying new gear (christ, I can't believe I'm advocating being gimp). It'll only be for a short time tho.

Aurore gear, bought with cruor can be good to tide you over til you start getting AF3+1/+2. It's dirt cheap and there's some nice haste pieces.

Agasaya's Collar is a great replacement for PCC, drops off a T2 VNM in Abyssea-Attohwa and is easily solo'd by THF/DNC.

Atheling Mantle is a nice replacement for Foragers/Amemet+1.

Tumbler Trunks are great for weapon skills.

There's a ton more, but those are a few pieces that really stand out for me and are easily obtained.

Edit: Dagger-wise, you might want to look at Yataghan's, obtained with Dominion Notes and you can get some high base dmg augments on them, these can tide you over until you complete ToTM Kila+3s.

Also, some notable Atmas you'll want are: Gnarled Horn (from Sobek in Abyssea-Misareaux). Razed Ruins (from Ironclad Pulverizer, also Aby-Mis). Atma of the Apocalypse (from Shinryu) tho this one may take you some time to obtain. Atma of the Stout Arm or Atma of the Voracious Violet (Briareus & Eccentric Eve respectively).
