I have enough cruor to take Cataphract to 15 I am wondering about the "Cure" potency cap. The gear cap is 50% (easy to get these days). Will adding this Atmacite raise my Cure potency to 65%? Reason why i am asking is because I dumped around 2.5M of cruor in to Preservation for whm which is complete useless because Whm's can easily get mp from items.
Will Atmacite's break above the gear cap or will are they like Abyssea atma (Rescuer & Harmony) that do not break it.
Atmacite of Preservation at lvl 15 -> MP+15% Enhances "Refresh" effect +5 "Earth Attack Bonus"+15 Sphere: "Magic Attack Bonus"+2
Atmacite of Cataphract at lvl 15 -> HP+5% MND+5 "Magic Defense Bonus"+10 "Cure" potency +15%[b]

No, it counts toward equipment cure potency just like Atma of the Rescuer in Abyssea. So it won't allow you to exceed 50%.
Personally, the atmacites I tend to use for WHM are: Devotion, Valiant, Provenance

A question about Atmacite of Preservation: does "Enhance Refresh effect +5" mean that you get refresh of 5, or that if refresh is active on you you get +5, but without refresh you get nothing? Or does it mean that if YOU cast refresh on ANOTHER player, that player gets refresh +5?
It means you get "Auto Refresh" +5.
It's inaccurate wording, and it's not the first time that it showed up in atma/cite descriptions :|
