First things first: Get a main-hand club. WHM/DNC has dual wield, so ditch that shield. KC is a great off-hand weapon but base damage is too low to effectively single-wield. Get something with a nice high base damage.
Also get rid of Brutal Earring in your Realm build. If you dual wield, Realm's 7 hits become 8, and 8 is the max number of hits for a WS. You literally cannot swing more than that.
Those are the only two glaring problems I see.
