im sorry arex, but i have to say this:

first, congrats. second, a good friend of mine bought his tundra mammoth about a week after xpac dropped, on his level 74 priest. then when his warrior hit 74 and made it to dalaran he snagged one for him too. same went for his druid.

no, he doesnt buy gold. yes, he plays this game too much.

Not a big deal to most of you I'm sure, but considering my Druid was my first ever toon created a year before TBC launched, I was extra glad when I got it for him. I went back to Outland for the sole purpose of leaping off things and shifting before I hit the bottom.

I don't know what it is about my Druid, but it comes in cycles. I log onto him after months of inactivity, have a great time and wonder why I stopped playing on him, then a period of time passes and despite still not knowing why, I stop again.

Hopefully this time will be different as I'm now able to enter Northrend instead of being so far behind the majority levelling curve I never even see other players.

I'm feeling pretty good about this. My dps just keeps going up. Hell, before any of these pieces I was doing 3.7k self buffed on the heroic target dummy. Can't wait to get my greatness card :P

Sounds like you're well on your way, just a minor suggestion, Mirror of Truth and Incisor Fang (H DTK) are generally your preferred trinkets at heroic range, with an agi greatness card trumping both of them. Contrary to many/most dps we don't actually have to cap hit to see an overall dps increase.

A small window that tracks all relevant buffs/debuffs. Even checks for Trauma so you don't have to Mangle.

Don't even think about FB. My cat gear is just over 50% crit with our 10 man raid buffs and I still have difficulty working in more than one or two without letting SR or Rip drop. You're better off refreshing SR than doing FB and letting SR/Rip drop for a few seconds.

Can I seize this as an opportunity to complain about that damn bow? I've seen it drop once in all the times I've ran UK, I ended up just buying a Nesingwary 4000 off the AH for my hunter.

For my boomkin H UK was good to me first run on her and the ring dropped from ingvar, I gotta say i love the druid community here always someone with a helpful answer to just about every question .

I switched to boomkin on Monday Sunday. All the time I spent leveling my hunter made me really, really hate having to be melee again. Thankfully I had an excellent set of healing gear so it was "good enough" to use as a moonkin. I've already gotten enough valor emblems to get the 213 idol, and got the T8 legs off of Hodir yesterday.

It's a heck of a lot more fun than watching BK bars slowly decrease. The rotation can be a bit infuriating because it's so RNG dependent, but I've gotten over that mostly.

I've had the raven lord drop twice for me now though and have yet to get it. It's getting to be that time that another one drops.

I'm also 5k away from finally, after starting in BC, getting my netherwing rep and I'll be up to about 74 or 75 mounts. I still need a bunch of northrend mounts to so, someday I'll get that dragonhawk.

I got the bronze drake a long long time ago, probably like a week after hitting 80.

I actually got my red drake a month ago or so, that was nice to finally get after I stopped running heroics about a month into wrath.

Buy down with valor badges maybe, that could add up fast...

I think I need more badges. The BoA gear calls to me and forces me to buy all of it. Valor badges are just about worthless for me and I don't get enough Conquest ones to matter yet, the weekly Uld25 PuG my guild has started hosting helps though.

Plus guildies make me tank stuff or I'll just get the urge and PuG something. I like to stress PuG healers with reckless chain pulling. Innervating them when they think they need mana is hilarious as well.

I dont know why but gearing up my feral spec is taking alot longer then my balance set did (I believe its because balance had alot more craftable options at 80). Finally got Hemmoraghing circle and Incisor Fragment and my first taste of being an emergency tank (tank got stuck when dred feared and wasnt able to get healed so i went bear and tanked him down from 50%) another dps wanted the trinket but decided to pass since i did a great job picking dred up, what my feral gear needs now is hit and i mean badly the gloves from H UP pants from gundrak and the boots from AC exalted would help greatly. My balance spec on the other hand is sitting on a mountain of hit i believe its at about 357 so i need to get into some raids so i can get some upgrades.

Got my t8 25 man helm today finally. Tempted to now make the switch from lunar to solar eclipse.

Woot, my bad luck with tanking helms is over!!! Last night I replaced my Headguard of Retaliation with a brand shiny new Garona's Guise!!!

Shame it is the ugliest piece of armor I have ever seen. For the first time ever I might have to turn off my helm graphic!

Yeah ive noticed druids dont need much hit rating but atm all she has is 12 from the icewalker enchant which means i even miss mobs while doing dailies and thats not good at all. Last night a friend of mine gave me a deck to make this which is a pretty decent trinket and it procs alot (anything free is always good ), i'll have to log out in her feral gear sometime so you can inspect it . The only real problem i have is since my guild is on a raiding break and i hate pugs with a passion i'm pretty much stuck when it comes to gear .
