Someone, somewhere linked to a speech Arnold gave to a graduating class and I watched it. It was the slimmed down version (five minutes, I think) and his speech is definitely motivational. He discusses his six rules for success.
He talks about working hard and notes that if you sleep late there is someone out there who is learning something or building something while you sleep. So, he says to sleep no more than six hours a day. Then he says that there will be people who feel six hours is not enough. His answer to those people, and I'm paraphrasing, is "Well, I recommend you sleep faster."
It made me laugh. If only it were that easy.

Write it in English, not in Pentagonese. It's not a launcher, rifle cartridge, 7.62mm; it's a rifle. Call it a compass, not a direction-finding module. And if someone insists on being called AdcomphibsPac, the Fact File should explain to those not gifted in garblespeak that he's talking about the administrative office of the communication services for amphibious forces in the Pacific.
