Does anyone know if there is a recipe for these "Fisher hat"s? They're apparently a drop from leves but there are people who wear them of different colors. Any information is appreciated.

I found Fishing Hat recipes on Yellow Gremlin. Not sure if these recipes are valid.

Fishing Hat
Fishing Hat (Blue)

You obtain the recipe for fishing hats (blue).

First Material: 1 bolt of celeste-blue cotton cloth.

Second Material: 3 bundles of straw.

Third Material: 1 circle of rust-red boar leather.

Fourth Material: 1 antelope sinew cord.
