Pug - Light Strike- WHERE?Follow

So, i'm lvling a pug as my main and i keep seeing people mention the ability, 'LIGHT STRIKE' however i don't have this ability, been googling on how to get it but no definte answer, can anyone help me out?

Combat has been revamped for nearly one year, Light Strike has been replaced by auto attack.
