I submitted a ticket. I got a hold of someone, went over the obvious problem solving issues. The conversation was pretty cool and the CSR was trying to be helpful. I was eventually directed to a thread on the dev tracking forum stating it was an issue and that it was high priority & that I would have to wait on a fix. Basically it is a known issue that they are currently unable to resolve.
I may have pointed out that the thread was from January. At which point the conversation ended, no good bye, no can I help you with anything else.
