i cant seem to get an answer anywhere else. for hunt rifts, is there a specific lure to spawn them, and if so where do u get it?

If you havent found the answer yet, yes, there are specific lures to spawn them. You can buy them with planarite (10k for the cheapest lure) in Tempest Bay. If you are facing east from the portal, the stairs ahead and on the left side are where you can purchase them. HTH!
