Difference between lesser and greater elemental ?Follow

i can clear this up for you. its actually really simple. starting with the lesser earth elemental, it caps at lvl 30 and has 2 abilities. one does dmg with extra threat, the other is a taunt. the greater earth elemental caps at lvl 50 and has the 2 previous abilities plus one more that does a small aoe taunt with dmg to 4 targets. the lesser air elemental caps at lvl 30, is a ranged dps, and has 2 abilities, one single target dmg, and one aoe dmg on a short cd. the greater version caps at 50 with a new ability that raises spellpower for everyone in the group by a certain amount(cant give u the actual amount, theres a skill in the tree that changes it). there is only one water elemental, stuck at greater so caps at 50 with 3 abilities, one cast for dps, one for a short lockdown(not a stun so can still attack), and the last is an interrupt
