Recipe Help - very frustrated

Hi,
I am a lvl 9 rogue and doing my first fishing quest which requires you to create a Irresistible Water Snail. Problem is I don't know how, I have the recipe and both fish required but nothing I do seems to 'create' this lure.
I've tried right clicking, left clicking, opening the recipe etc but to no avail.

Please help am seriously frustrated right now!

Down in the bottom right corner of the window there should be a "Craft" button. Fishing recipes function the same as all other recipes in the game as far as I know.

Use the comma key "," to open your crafting menu. Click on Fishing to open your Fishing recipe book which contains a list of available recipes on the left side. Click on Irresistible Water Snail lure which will show you the recipe, how many you can make with the materials you have, and the required materials to make it on the right side. In the bottom right corner is a box which you can set to the number of finished items you want to make. Click on Craft and you will get a progress bar. The items will be put in your inventory when completed.
