Or does this belong in the ME thread?

Probably some guy at the printer was bootlegging ME2 and forgot to take the disc out when he started on CoD.

They use the same disc-creation company, I suppose. Probably something as run-of-the-mill as an employee labeling something wrong, or dragging and dropping something into the wrong place.

Well I figured that would be how it started, but is there no quality control? You'd think they'd test each batch of discs after the fact the be sure the right data was copied.

[EDIT]

Not that I'm saying they would test each disc. I mean, you only need to check one.

It also kinda happened with the new LoTR Lego game for the 360, guess its shipping with the "Demo" version instead of Full Retail versions Smiley: lol

Kind of interesting that it's the second disc of ME2. Although, maybe EA ordered reprints now that you can get all three for 59.99.

Yeah, one would imagine that all 3 games won't fit on one disc unless they're shipping as blurays. And since most PC gamers don't have a Bluray drive, I imagine that's not the case.

According to IGN's latest update, it's the full version.
