Rehab Question Please help

Hi all i had a question about rehabbing, I was a 60 epic bow ranger and i figured i would try out being Proc ranger. well i came to find out i didnt really like proc as much as bow ranger, so now i would like to go back to bow. but when i talk to the rehabber for ranger in kara village the npc wont let me change my pass again. is there someone else i should be talking to, to change back to bow or can you only rehab your pass once? please help me out because i really dont wanna have to make another bow ranger lmao. thanks!

When I played EQOA you had 1 free rehab. After that you had to have a certificate that was giving out during one of EQOA's aniversarys by some npc in BW next to the coach. If you don't have one of those I don't think you can rehab again... I might be wrong I havn't played this game in a long time.
