Moving around fishingFollow

1-10 fishing was a pretty enjoyable experience for me. Sat in Uldah chatting with friends (on vent since the fishing process always canceled out my tells) and reeled in some nice fish to cook while obtaining crystal shards.

Level 10 rolls around and I head out to drybone. After 4 casts it tells me I need to move. So I did. Went to another pond and after 5 casts it tells me to move again. This is set up I suppose just like botony or mining except those points are often within 200 yalms of each other. Getting from pond to pond was taking 5+ minutes just to walk.

Is this just the way it is at 10+? Is there another factor? Maybe because I'm still using the crappy level 1 rod or 3 gil bait? If so are there some areas that I can just go and fish at level 10+ without using 50 minutes out of every hour just to run from spot to spot?

After you've finished gathering from a school of fish, it says there is no more gathering to be done and makes you put your fishing pole away.

However, you can just start fishing again anyway. Perhaps the school of fish is for a special kind of fish, though I never seem to catch anything special.
