It was actually just put into game a few days ago. 
It's pretty neat and uses the entire Dreadcutter zone.. still need to get a video up of it. Personally I'm not sure I can think of how to decorate it, but it definitely has potential for anyone wanting a real boat house!

I own one of these but I cannot figure out where to go to get into it. I have not yet activated my token.
I have a Court of the Master and get to it through Qeynos Capitol District, but I don't see Galleon of Dreams there.

I was wrong. I just looked at the portal in Qeynos, where you access all the Prestige homes. Problem is, it's not in alphabetical order, it's all the way at the bottom of the list.

I see rude people.
They had alphabetized the portal but stopped doing it sometime during 2011. All the newer homes in the past 6+ months are at the bottom of the portal listing. Really hope they alphabetize them again.
