Freeport questline?Follow

I know in Qeynos there are quests(lines) like at level 90 you get a nice cloak and chest I think are there quests(lines) like that in Freeport?

Yes there are, and they are very nice rewards if you do wait until 90. They were added in during Freeports revamp. If you go to http://eq2.zam.com/wiki/City_of_Freeport_(EQ2_Quest_Series) that should have all the quests that you need to do to get them (as well as your racial ring).
