I imagine this has been addressed before but I'd like to add to the argument. I think adding a function that would allow us to individually put a party seeking flag up would help group play significantly. Currently, though the incentive to group is arguable, most people are not nearly as motivated to start groups. Most groups, at least on my server, are LS organized static groups. At least this way, smaller groups that are formed via PUG or LS can look to see who else is seeking and invite as needed. I don't even see why a party seeking flag is debatable.

Very much agreed! A simple LFG flag and a /seek function would definitely go a long way to getting at least some light parties going on.
This is something that should of been part of the game from the start. It then should of been one of the top things on their list to add. For some reason it doesn't seem to be on their radar at all. Lets hope it gets added in one of the next few updates. They tried to hard to hit the solo market.

I'll pile on to this post as well....it's still hard to believe that with all these changes that this has still not been implemented. Or even been mentioned as a possible future implementation? (maybe i missed it?)

They're more concerned with solo play (leve's) and consider behest the alternative to LFG. They haven't mentioned adding this feature yet.

It's about as astonishing as replacing their innovative Action House system, which has become standard in all modern MMOs (that's how good an idea it was), with the comparatively inadequate Market Wards.
But at least we solved that "no jumping" problem :P

Started playing recently and it took me a while to figure out I couldn't seek. Very annoying I wish they would fix this.

Totally agree. i misread some notes about the search function and thought there was a lfp function but nope its not there quite annoyed really.

The looking for members/group function they have now totally blows. I agree, down with the old, in with the new seeking system!
