Probably A Stupid Q: Regarding Version UpdateFollow

Hey all. I'm trying to update currently to give the game another whirl but my current version is 2010.09.18.0000 and it's taking literally FOREVER to download. In fact I'm not sure the screen isn't just frozen at this point. I know you CAN download the patches yourself and just move them into the appropriate folder, but I don't know how to do it and I was hoping someone could help me out. I've read instructions for how to place the files in the correct folders (still a little fuzzy there though) and I've found links to individual patches, but is there one download I can make that will take me from 2010.09.18.0000 to current or do I have to download several different patches and add them one by one? If anyone knows what I need to download to be current and can help me out, I'd be greatly appreciative.
