3 weeks are passed since i've done this quest..

after the cut scene i've entered into the battle and.. ehm.. i've died :) ok.. it could happen.. after the istance i was lying dead on the floor and i pressed "return".
I come back and i checked on the Journal what i'd to do.. and it says i'd to speak again with App-o-Pepsi prolly to start again the istance.. i see the (I) on the screen where was before the NPC position.
I come back there. but.. there is not.. i check again on map and i was over it.. but no NPC (it's not a problem of position because the position correspond at the same when i started the first istance).
I said. ok. maybe i've to wait some time.. i returned back after 1h.. nothing... after 1 day.. nothing... i tired to delete and restart quest.. I cannot... after 2 weeks i returned back.. nothing to do.. same problem. I wrote to a GM that told me they cannot do anything about quest problems.
Any Idea or suggestion about it? if is not a mistake of mine, how i could comunicate with SE about the problem and let them reset my quest?

Where you on your chocobo when you went to the location? instances will not trigger if you are on a mount. If it is a spawned NPC in an instance, you will want to get off your chocobo a bit away from the instance and walk into it. That should get you in.

it's into gridania :) could not move with any chocobo or gobbue :)
the strange thing is that the mission on the journal shows exactly where the npc must be.. and it's where i talked to him before the istance started (and the i died).

AH, sorry, it looks like you might have to speak to Nonolato to trigger the instance again. If that doesn't work, it sounds like it's GM call time.

i wrote to a GM and he said they could do nothing about the quests... then.. i've to send an email to Square Enix CIO ^^ /jk

Can you abandon the quest and try to restart it? Outside of that, I am at a loss.
I remember this quest, I too died on the first try. The only thing I can think of is to try to talk to Nonolato or Cassandra at the front desk of the archers guild to see if they offer you an option to continue the quest.
