Not sure if this is the right place to post this but when i tryed to log on an hour ago i got this meaasge

Uhh.....you either got perma ban'd or hacked...
Do you perchance play XI under the same SE account and got banned on that end?
I did play xi but not for about 6 months so no idea how i could get banned as i am not playing, also i have no idea what i could be permaban'd for as all i have been doinf is mining :(
Ack. Good luck trying to sort out this mess with their CS :(. That really sucks. Keep us informed about it. I am curious to know how SE would handle this for future reference. *pat pat*

Well, technically I think the TOS states they can ban your account for w/e reason. I think. I've heard that in the past when I played FFXI.

Well their CS is as clear as mud. I have number i have to quote when i get in touch with them but nowhere does it tell me how do do that :( i am such a sad bunny atm

yeah unfortunatly i dont have a security key and dont know what do do with the code they have gave me hwile they tell me i am in a que :(
Did you try to log in from a different location then you normally do? I know they will cut off ur service if you log in from another location if you dont have a token. Hope you get it all fixed.
Yeah that has happened to me before once when i logged in from my parents house. But i was playing last night, logged off and woke up this morning to play some more and got this message. And although they have given me a code to quote so their CS department i have no idea how to do this :( do i just sit in the page where i got it and pray lol as nothing seems to be happening
wtf did u do to get banned? there are like 100 people who afk craft/fish on my server with at least 3 groups of rmt.
i have no idea and their CS is a joke

If you don't use a security token in this day and age you should, or odds are you will have this problem repeat again if it was a hack attempt... I have used the token from the moment is was introduced to XI. I can quite honestly say i have never heard of people that use the token to have had there account hacked/stolen/exe...

The problem i am having is with Click and Buy as i hadn't put money in it yet and now i owe them £32 :( does this sound tight to asyone? do they charge you £25 if they go to take the money and its not there?
No clue. One of the reasons why I quit was this crappy payment system. So I have no idea about C&B. If you are able to post on the lodestone forums, you might want to ask there as well.

Sorry. Maybe someone who plays and can still post on the forums can maybe do a post on your behalf. I know it's a hassle, but it doesn't hurt to ask :/ But the FFXIV "white knight" community seem to be very nice and very helpful when it comes to trying to get people back into playing and very welcoming, even if the SE methods of getting you to play are not :/
