They are rewards from the boss battle chests. I'm not sure whether it's strictly the main boss (General Drahk) or whether you can get them from the side bosses as well.

I ask the animation moderator of FRs when it started and we had a pet party the following week. It is a Members only drop and comes from the boss atop the hill and below.
