I get this message a lot... even when I'm standing right on top of the mob. I've adjusted my distances and I just keep getting the same message. It doesn't happen all the time, but it happens frequently enough to be a problem. I'm playing a White Lion so the result is that my lion usually has to kill the mob while I just support him. Has anyone else had this problem and do you know what I'm doing wrong? -- Rev

The patch for 1.01 that is occuring right now as we post is going to address this issue I believe. Maybe post back once the game goes back up if your still having the issue.

I would think that if it keeps occuring for you but not others that it would be related to lag at your end.

Yeah, I think it might be animation lag or something. On my Maruarder it's plays a big problem too. One of my hard hitting abilities is a attack from behind the mob. I see that error all the time :/

Hope they fix it soon

Yeah, supposedly this has been fixed. I posted a link to the 1.01 patch notes if you want to check it out (somewhere below this thread, page 1 or 2).

I get this a lot myself, when it happens I do one of two things. If the guy is on me, back up a step or two and when he follows it fixes itself. If he's on my lion, just throw axes at him until he dies, lion can usually take care of him.
