I've heard that the San d'Oria part of this mission is pretty easy and I should be able to solo it as a lvl 22 War/Whm. But I've also heard that the Windurst part of this mission is extremely hard.
I can't find any information about what level the dragon is that you have to fight there.
Does anyone have any opinions on what level you should be for the Windurst part? Also, is it possible to solo it, or will I need to put together a group?

The dragon is lvl25, hits hard and 'casts' disease. It's a lot harder compared to the San'Doria part of the mission. I reocmmend 2 warriors, whm and a blm at the least. There's a level cap on the fight, so it doesn't matter what level you are if it's above 20.
Recommended strategy is to have a warrior tank the dragon and get healed by the whm while another warrior and the blm dispose of the seeker. Then focus everything on the dragon. I recommend more than 1 whm too just to be safe.
