If you were a troll...Follow

...and wanted to create your very own troll thread, what would be your topic, and method (optional)?

For me, I think I'd go with "FFXI should implement jumping!"

Then, with microscopic focus, I would go on, in great detail about the .001% of the time where it "may" have been helpful (Taru's on stairs) and totally ignore the other 99.999% of gameplay where it would be absolutely infuriating to see everyone jumping all the time.

Any logic would be met with a made up example of the one time I was kiting and died because I got stuck on a pebble. Any further logic from the same poster would have me defensively calling said poster a troll. Further attempts at logic would be ignored...until the next poster comes along. Rinse & repeat.

I think I'd make it to half a page before my thread is locked or ignored all together.

Btw, RDM melee is off the table! You have to at least try!

Hijacking thread! The official windowed mode messes up gamma/causes more lag and does not work as good as fullscreen. The unofficial windower forces a screen resolution and makes the screen/text small and you can't change it. There are work arounds but in the end it breaks mouse movement (and I still use the mouse).

My troll thread would be about how unfair the karma system is.

I once considered starting an asylum thread asking what a troll was.

So much like the old "no homo" phrase uttered when men do things normally considered gay but want to assure everyone around them they aren't, if you wanted to be serious in a troll thread do you need to say "no trololo?"

You go to a center for trolls. Where trolls can learn how to properly handle the excessive need to troll in an understanding environment.
