Took me a lot of staring to figure out what was going on there. Once I figured out Kefka was 6th in line, the rest of it made sense.

Actually, I think it's Esper Terra. Not into MLP by any means, but in attempting to correlate those to FF characters, I want to say a lot of them are either indiscernable or real stretches. Sometimes the only way to make 'em out is the symbol. Jecht, as an example. Exdeath is more obvious with the nod to his helmet.

Yeah Terra is on the first line, but the 2nd line is villains. I think. That's definitely Jecht at the 10th slot.

Awesome, I've been trying to find a BRD for the last hour. She's got max merits in MMD skill too, sweet! "<Experience Points> <Party> <Do you need it?> 4/6!"

Ok, she's in. So we've got Luca d'Megurinne ("Just </befriend>, ok?"), plus our favorite poopsocking Mithra SiiYhuu ("i=<Final Fantasy>"), and what's that lolHume's name, the guy who's always got that Oscar Scarf equipped... Cato? Got one spot left.

"Hey guys, got one spot left. There's two players with their flags up, a guy and a girl, but they say will only party-up if we invite them both together..."

I have no idea what I just watched. The lyrics are in Japanese and I barely know a word of it beyond simple greetings. Nice tune and animation though :)

It's a parody of Hatsune Miku, the vocaloid singer.

The character definitely looks familiar, but I can't remember where I saw her before. I still stand by my first post though, the song and the animations are very nicely put together. Knowing the lyrics almost makes me wish I didn't though! That girl looks far too young to be "doing things no one should talk about" ...

Hatsune Miku is offcially considered an android, so her age doesn't really matter. You've probably seen her used as someone's avatar or signature or something. She's even been featured on NASCAR XD She's everywhere.

Eh, I'm of the mind we really shouldn't let depictions of minors skirt the rules of society by claiming them androids, anime girls, or some species of animal people (like in TERA with the Elin) where they're obviously more human than not. Pandering to (closet) @#%^philes aside, for some it just is genuinely creepy. But then again, it's Japan, home of used panties from vending machines.

Ask yourself this question: Does today's modern civilized world favor thrusting children into adult situations like child birth and the responsibilities for supporting said child that follow?

I'm going to flatly say no. Sex education is poor. Welfare and who deserves it is still a hotly contested topic. The actual pregnancy and time after often results in time lost educating a youth that may never be caught up on, additionally imposing social and financial burdens on possible relatives. Some families will fare better than others, sure, but I'd rather not gamble bringing a child into the world that can't be provided for and maybe even thrust into the adoption system. Hyper-sexualizing and even glorifying the allure of young, emotionally juvenile girls doesn't help this.

Now, some might argue this media an outlet for those urges, but it can also serve as an escalator to the point where images and videos just aren't enough. Why would we dare consider kiddy porn okay if its hand drawn or computer generated, solely because an actual child isn't depicted despite garnering a specific and similar emotional response? Spare me the "But it's art!" crap. People fling poo on a sheet and call it art. Artists always have intent, and I say this as someone who likes and isn't half bad at drawing. For those that enjoy replicating reality, I'd rather not know why they're in such sexual situations. For those artists just pandering to a fetish? It's exactly that, and not the majesty of the human form or other such evasive drivel.

Kids need to be kids. Humans are living longer and healthier these days thanks to advances in medicine and food distribution/preservation. Underpopulation of the species isn't a concern. So, I pose the question, if such evocative depictions are not bad things, why are they good?

...no? Oh well, look over there, shiny things!

Teen pregnancy, where are all these the criminals that are causing it, these bad people skirting the boundaries of society, because every time I see some young girl thats knocked up she's with her 15-16 year old boyfriend who was too dumb to be careful, don't see people running out to call him a @#%^phile though "oh, they're just kids having fun". but you're right about sex education being pretty bad.

and sorry to derial the thread, the video was pretty funny I think.
