POL-0011 error when updating PS2Follow

When ever I try to update my PS2 version of Final Fantasy XI the update downloads some of the files, between 5 and 20, then it stops downloading and gives me a POL-0011 error. Is it likely that I am getting this error because a patch was released on April 2nd? Or should I be looking for trouble with my router configuration?

I managed to get my PS2 to update. For anyone else having trouble updating their PS2 version of FFXI, I had to turn of Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI) on my router to get it to work.
