APB was purchased by Korean MMO dev K2 Networks, and it will be run by their GamersFirst deal. They hope to have it back up and running before the end of this year.

I recommend checking out this GamersFirst stuff for us Mike, they've got about 10 or so MMO's on their website (all free to play) with some kinda items shop deal goin on the side.
