Fallout 4's second wave of add-ons starts rolling out today
Teased last week during E3, the first in Bethesda's second wave of downloadable content for Fallout 4 releases today: "Contraptions Workshop."
Like "Wasteland Workshop," this DLC is geared toward fleshing out and personalizing the many settlements players can control throughout the post-apocalyptic Commonwealth. There's a strong emphasis on Rube Goldberg-esque pointless machinery, as you can see from the fan-made showcase video below:
Don't expect a substantial new storyline from this one, it's mainly just new build assets -- albeit strong ones, including elevators, conveyor belts and those little ramp things you remember from playing Mousetrap. If your settlements were feeling a bit stale, here's a $4.99 investment to spruce them up.
